The Freddie Roach documentary is a compelling insight into the life of a Hall of Fame trainer who has transformed the careers of many fighters and turned them into world champions. This documentary shows Freddie at work in the Wild Card gym and training Amir Khan for the Zab Judah fight, consulting on the USA Olympic Boxing Team and of course working with Manny Pacquaio. The two hours covers the stages in preparation for the fights, the day of the fight and a close up of working in the corner.
Freddie is battling with Parkinsons and a schedule which would exhaust a fully fit guy. In addition there is a near catastrophe in his gym for a member of his family working in the gym.. For boxing fans the best is saved until the last with another angle on the Pacquaio v Marquez fight particularly in the corner on fight night. What was really going on?
It is a remarkable work and at times breathtakingly raw showing the sheer will power that drives this man especially when working on the pads with his fighters. Chavez junior also appears and there is a cameo with an appearance from James Toney. If there is a better boxing documentary I have yet to see it.
I have just received a brilliant career set on Vic Darchinyan from his start in Australia and and then some stellar fights with his ups and downs. There are around twenty in the set and there is not an ordinary fight in the set. For the purists it showed how Vic had to adjust his style following his devastating defeat by Donaire and how he returned as lethal as ever. The set finishes with his last fight in December. This set is a nugget give it a look it held my attention all the way through.

I placed an order the other day for the Segura vs. Calderon 2 fight aswell as the HBO version of Margarito vs. Pacquiao and what can I say, recieved both the fights the next day. Truly AMAZING service, keep up the good work!
I love Boxing and can always rely on this site to deliver the best fights I may of missed. The guy who runs this site is a top bloke.:) Dont have Sky and PPV prices are getting ridiculous. Looking forward to Haye getting his pussy big mouth shut by Vladomir Klitchko. Thank god its on. Heavyweight seen is dead but this fight could very well put the division back on the map. All the excitement is now in the Welterweights. Shane Mosely is now a grandad I hope Pacman puts him to sleep the way he put Ricky Hatton to sleep. Peace Out. Zeus.
